I have a very comfortable and big room making up 18 m2 available. It is a house located in a calm and quiet area while still being close to the city – therefor being the perfect match for a student or someone who works in the city and needs to be close. It is located 5 minutes from a bus station which have buses driving 24/7 and there are several grocering shops nearby.
In the room you will get a nice wardrobe with a mirror and you will have access to fast Wi-Fi. There is free access to kitchen and bathroom - and free laundry is also included in the price.
I am a photographer and a chef who loves to have a chat here and there, but I also respect private space – so you will have free room to just be yourself.
The rent including consumption is 3800,- per month, and the deposit is one month’s rent.
