I'm looking for a female, preferably a working proffesional in their 30's or 40's, to be my new roommate from 1 June.
Since I will be travelling in May, I can show the room on 25 + 26 May.
The apartment is 99 sq. from the late 1800s and has been refurbished over the last couple of years. It is located a 2 minute walk from Forum metro station.
The available room is 16 sq. and very bright.
It comes fully furnished with linens and towels so all you need is your suitcase. You will also have access to the kitchen including the dishwasher and the washing machine and the bathroom.
The apartment has Wi-Fi.
You will be sharing the apartment with me, 44-year-old female - crazy about sports. I work at an office Monday to Friday. I love Coca Cola and American Tv Shows, but try to eat oatmeal every morning to compensate for those bad habits. I'm a very laidback and easygoing and have always enjoyed the company of my room mates. I like to have a chat and a laugh in the kitchen when we are busy and a meal at the table when things are more calm.
The rent is 4700 DKK and includes all utilities.
The room is available from 1 June and until December 20 2024 .
