Hey!
I'm renting out a room in my apartment located at Margretheholmen from the 1st of November, 2024.
The apartment itself is a fully furnished 99 squaremeters apartment with 3 seperate rooms, a connected kitchen and living room with a TV, a big balcony (awesome view!) as well as a big bathroom. The bathroom has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and the kitchen has a washing machine. There's of course internet included! :-)
I'm renting out a 12 squaremeter room as our current roommate is moving away in with her boyfriend. The room will not be furnished.
The area itself is really nice, especially during the summer. Lots of green areas and cool spots on the nearby Refshaleøen. It's a 10 minute bikeride away from the city centre. Bus 2A also leaves right outside the apartment.
You will live with me (Frederik) and Amiss. I'm Danish and Amiss is American, so internationals are more than welcome. I'm working full time, and Amiss is doing his Masters in architecture at the Royal Academy.
We're both social people and love to watch movies together (both inside and outside the apartment) and ocassionally cook together. Naturally, a closed door and "me"-time is of course respected.
Rent: 5600 DKK.
Deposit: One months rent, 5600 DKK.
We have no requirements in terms of age or gender, but it's important that you're nice and you're willing to help keep the apartment cozy and clean!
