Hey there!
Looking for a cozy friendly place to call home? I’ve got a 77sqm, fully furnished apartment in the lovely Østerbro, and I’m on the hunt for a new tenant. Ideally, you’re a single man or woman between 30-40, with no kids. You’re welcome to have your partner or friends over for visits and sleepovers, but let’s keep the moving-in part just between us. ;)
You will be located 5 min walking distance from Poul Henningsens Plads Metro and 15 from Nordhavn harbor for sauna and winter dips. The building isn’t pet-friendly, but if you’ve got a little critter like a fish, snake, or turtle, I might be swayed.
The room you’ll be renting is 20m² (Bedroom 2 in the pics) and has been freshly spruced up with a repaint (Feb 2023) and white-washed floors. It comes with a cool industrial-style op...en closet, a wall mounted tv with chrome cast, a pendant lamp, and shelving. If you need a desk with 2 drawers, a desk lamp, or a furnishings for the balcony, I’ve got you covered. The bed isn’t included, though! The balcony offers "peaceful" views over a schoolyard – no nosy neighbors here, just noisy kids. If you’re into basketball, the courts are open after school hours.
We’ll share a fully-equipped kitchen (that means dish and clothes washing machines) and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The monthly rent includes:
- Water
- Internet
- Heating
- Gas
Electricity is split 50/50 every three months, so it’s a team effort!
I’d appreciate it if you could keep the common areas tidy and clean.
A bit about me:
I’m Frankie, a 35-year-old half-American, half-Dane (born in California!). While it’d be awesome if you spoke English, it’s not a dealbreaker – we just need to communicate smoothly. Oh, and I speak fluent Danish too – da jeg er halvt kartoffel!
I’m pretty chill, always cracking a bad joke, and I love design. I’m a fashion and textile designer, and I run a small serigraph business from home. I’ve got a ton of hobbies like painting, reading, yoga, nature walks, photography, and cooking. I also work from home, so I have an in-house office. Feel free to check out my work at @frankie.moores. I respect closed doors and expect the same, but you’re always welcome to knock.
CPR registration is possible, and if you’re an introvert or fellow artist, you’ll get bonus points!
