Hey there,
I am looking for a new flatmate to move in on March 1st 2025.
The apartment is located next to Lergravsparken on Amager and very close to the beach.
Transport is great with two metro stations in 5 min. walking distance, and on the bike you can reach the city in 15 minutes.
There are two supermarkets just next door, a wine bar downstairs and several nice cafées around. So everything you need for a comfortable living :)
The room is 10 sqm and partly furnished with table, chair, lamps and curtains. So you would have to get a bed, closet and maybe some shelves.
The apartment is 96 sqm in total. It has three bedrooms, a large (and cozy) kitchen and living room, a spacious bathroom, and a 8 sqm balcony with sun from 11am to sunset :)
I am a historian by education and working in the government.
I am looking for an easygoing and chill person between 28-35 years old, who understands the responsibilities of living with others, maybe up for socializing ones in a while, and otherwise just clean and tidy.
