Hey there,
I am looking for a new flatmate to move in pretty soon.
The apartment is located next to Lergravsparken on Amager and very close to the beach.
Transport is great with two metro stations in 5 min. walking distance, and on the bike you can reach the city in 15 minutes.
There are two supermarkets just next door, a wine bar downstairs and several nice cafées around. So everything you need for a comfortable living :)
The room is 10 sqm and fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, cloth-rack, lamps and curtains.
The apartment is 96 sqm in total. It has three bedrooms, a large (and cozy) kitchen and living room, a spacious bathroom, and a 8 sqm balcony with sun from 11am to sunset :)
I am a historian by education and working in the government.
I am looking for an easygoing and chill person between 28-35 years old, who understands the responsibilities of living with others, maybe up for socializing ones in a while, and otherwise just clean and tidy.
