The room is equipped with a bed (90x200) quilt, a functional closet, work table, armchair, lamps, drawer and a tv with cromecast. Room has a quality window (3 layer glass) and a door directly to hallway. Easy access to modern bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as spacious kitchen with space for eating, socialising and your personel fridge. Also limited access to a south facing balcony.
You will live in an old charming Vesterbro penthouse flat (4th floor) very close to Frederiksberg Allé Metro/Enghave Metro. I have two boys (13 and 17 years) that stay with me part time (approx 4 days every two weeks)
The rent includes water, gas, heating, internet (approx 500 Mbit).
