Three people (1 guy, 2 girls) aged 28, 33 & 38 in Amager are looking for a roommate in a newly built penthouse apartment. The apartment is 112 square meters and consists of four private rooms of approximately the same size and a large kitchen/living room. All rooms have private balconies, that you can access through a double-door in your room. Ceiling height in the room varies from 1,20 m to 4 m giving all the rooms some charming character.
This rooms in particular is the largest one in the apartment and comes with an own walk in closet section that can be closed and opened with two sliding doors.
The apartment has a washing machine, tumble-dryer and a dishwasher. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment supplies nice shopping possibilities close by with a Rema1000, bakery and even a butchers shop nearby. The nearest Metro station is fifteen minutes away by walk. The bedrooms are southfacing which means that you will have sun in your room all through the day. The sunset can be followed from the large living room / kitchen & terrace.
Other things included: Fiber internet 200mbits, insurance, SONOS sound systems in the living room / kitchen & toilet.
We are neat & social people who enjoy meeting new people. We all enjoy doing sports but are also big fans of cooking together, sharing some great wines, and playing board games / outdoor games.
