Rooms come with a comfortable 120x200 cm bed, a sofa and a large 250 cm closet. The smallest room and most quiet room has a view to the garden. There is a huge balcony and a shared park. The rooms are rented as you see in the pictures. Click on description to see which room it belongs to. Smaller items you bring, like desks, can be placed in the rooms but I cannot offer storage for either your own furniture nor remove my own. There is a desk/ dining table in the shared area where you can dine or use your laptop.
Deposit and rent prices may vary dependent on length of stay and room size. Any money transfer done is traceable by mobile pay or Wise if international. Bank transfer is also an option. No extra surprise charges.... Rent includes internet, el, water and use of washing machine. Yes, you can use the address for cpr registration.
We are in the attractive nansensgade area only a 7 minutes walk away from nørreport station and Torvehallen. The lakes and hc ørsted park is a block away.
Room Availability: When a renter moves out, the other renter has the option of switching rooms. Therefore, you get to see all available rooms and we negotiate at the moment of viewing.
Who are you?
Priority is given to renters who intend on staying longer than 4 months and the deposit is non negotiable. Short term stays are negotiated on a case by case basis and room viewing occurs after we agree on the terms. Your age does not matter. The more accountability you embrace, the more we trust and become flexible. You don’t not shy away when conflicts arise and you can communicate your needs in a respectful and calm manner. You value harmony and take pride in having a place that feels like a home. Like us, you are chilled and have a zero tolerance for drama. You can juggle between setting healthy boundaries and being empathetic to the feelings of others. You mean what you say and do as you promise. We respect the house rules and you are invited to add your own.

We are well traveled professionals or students who are used to sharing an apartment with other international expats who are curious and open minded. Claudia, your very active landlady is american/danish/argentinian who weight-trains, windsurfs, watches movies and plays guitar.
Elisa is a 23 yr old italian who brings us delicious breads from Buka.
Hannah is a 45 yr old life coach from London and roots from Barbados.
Each of us has a room. We share the kitchen area, balcony and large bathroom. We have a scheduled cleaning plan that must be followed as a group activity. We are natural problem solvers so issues are resolved quickly before they get a chance to escalate. We are not always at home and therefore trust and respect of property is top priority.
