I have an apartment of 67 square meters placed in Charlottenlund 2 minutes walk from Charlottenlund Station close to shops, café, a little forest and 10 minutes walk to the beach (Charlottenlund Fort). By train it takes 12 minutes to reach Nørreport which lies in the center of Copenhagen. The furnished room for rent is 12,5 square meters with a french balcony. You have access to shared kitchen and bathroom. The following is included in the rent: electricity, wifi, heating, water, dishwater and a small washer in the apartment.
