It has a big carpeted balcony with chairs and utilities.

8 minutes (4 stops) by train to the City Center of Copenhagen with all the nightlife, boutiques and attractions.
Main bus connections to centrum or i.e DTU are also within distance of a couple steps.

The rent includes Unlimited GB fast internet, laundry and water bills. Electricity bill is payed separately and depends on consumption.
In regards to laundry, there is a common laundry room in the basement with tumbledryers as well.
