I’m renting out my small two bedroom apartment for three months, January, February and March 2025, as I will be visiting my partner in Australia during these months.
The flat is located at Mørkhøjvej and is 52 m2. You can comfortably live here as two friends or a couple.
It will come fully furnished with the kitchen equipped. Duvets, sheets, towels, boardgames etc are also available, if you like. Would be great if you are up for watering a few low maintenance plants while you live here :) There is a small garden to the flat which doesn’t need any maintenance. There are lots of nice green areas around, such as Utterslev Mose and many green bike paths in all directions.
The disclaimers:
- It is not a fancy flat, but it is functional and cozy.
- The shower is in the basement, shared with one other flat.
- Washing machine is likewise in the basement.
- It is technically not Copenhagen, but it has good public transport and 20-35 mins by bike to central areas.
- Pets are unfortunately not permitted in the building.
- Smoking outside, please.
- Rent is including water, electricity and heating but not wifi.
