Are you in need of a place to call "home"? Luckily enough, my room needs a tenant for the next couple of months. I am looking for one person, but couples are welcome to write me as well (price to be discussed if an agreement is reached). The room is NOT part of a shared apartment. Therefore you will enjoy the privacy of having your own room, kitchenette and bathroom. Everything included in the rent, except laundry. You are welcome to come and see the place! Location: Kagsakollegiet (10 km from the city centre) Herlev St. (10 minutes by bike), Non-stop Netto (4 minutes by bike) Public transportation in the area: 160, 161, 165, 167, 168 300S, 30E, 42 and the train from Herlev st. going straight to the city. Period: 20-10-2017 to 20-01-2018 Rent: 4500DKK/month (for 1 person) Deposit: 4500DKK to be paid with the first month of rent
